Shipping Charges
All orders across Pakistan are shipped at a flat rate of PKR 200, regardless of order size, weight, or location.
There are no hidden fees — you pay the same delivery charge for every order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please make sure the recipient is available during delivery to avoid delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment.
Order Processing & Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement right away.
